Love & White Posies

Been procrastinating, as always......da lama ni entry dudok kat draft tau.
So here it is :)

As my lil sister is getting married in 2017, I pretty much have helped her with some stuffs about weddings. So on the 1st November, Sunday, we went to Love & White Posies event to check it out. How we got to know about this event? Our favourite vendor, Saiful Imran Deco invited us. Kak Mas, the ladyboss texted my mum to come down as she wants to propose to my mum to held my lil sis wedding at the venue since our jemputan is 2k and she highly recommended the place.

We were given doorgifts after registration.

Dapat coffee, and inside there are 3 sachets.

It is an air conditioned hall, somewhat like CC, huge but no stage.

Very nice place....WHY DIDNT I KNOW OF THIS PLACE EARLIER SEH????!!!

Oh well, my rezeki is just not at this venue kan.

Sorry lah eh, cara amek tak berapa cantik (aku bukan Syahruz seh)..hehe, senget siket lah yer.

We came at around 2 plus where they are halfway through the Bridal Runway Show by Versarie Ade.
My eldest sis took them for her wedding which was 8 years back, to which their outfit is already nice but now lagi updated and byk choices.
I know most of the BTBs here prefers Bridals like The Wedding Brocade, Peti Solek, Ishq By Norazee, Chantique The Bridal Gallery, Fatimah Mohsin, kan kan kan???? Tapi if in the case that the mentioned Bridal is not available during your wedding dates (since they are fast to be fully booked esp Peti Solek & Ishq By Norazee) You beautiful BTBs can have a look at Versarie Ade :)

Anyways, me and sis did not check out on all the vendors and only recce a few as the other stuffs are mosty settled, let me share with y'all.

1st stop

Being a dessert fan, we straightaway went to the dessert corner (takder hegeh2 seh)

Not in pic is the Ondeh-Ondeh Cake and the Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake but we did took a slice to taste :)

These are what we took. Overall, their dessert all sedap...thumbs up! I enjoyed it so much that I am a lil unwilling to share it with my sis...muahahaha! Padahal dia yang nak kawin aku plak yang melebih.

The Ondeh Ondeh cake's filling is nice because I can taste the coconut flavour plus the gula melaka (itu barang penting ok) only that the cake texture is not to my liking but overall, the cake is sedap :)
Whereas for the Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake, I super love the cake texture but didn't really fancy the cream coz it taste kinda buttery and I guessed that most salted caramel cream taste like that coz the cake at I Am cafe also kinda have the same taste. Best part is, the bits of chocolate mini balls in the cake layers adds some funk to it. Overall, nice but if eat too much a bit muak :)

Candy Couture

Nice banner.

I managed to speak with the Founder of Candy Couture (Jambu k the lady!) She's very warm and explained the details carefully when I enquired. For this event, she set up the booth with Chanel theme. Of course, she can also assist you with whatever theme that you have in mind.

I tasted the pandan/kaya tart, eclairs and almond jelly with lychee in the cup. Sedap lah wei. yang lain2 tu adek aku dengan cepat kunyah dulu sebelum dia tak dapat chance..huahuahua. In case you are wondering what that Polka Dots candy is, it is actually Cadburry Chocolate wrapped with a printed paper. Nice to know that she uses Cadbury choc instead of those bacen cheap chocolates yang tak sedap.

3rd Stop

TIGAfolks & Co

One of the guys behind this company happens to be friends with my future BIL. I liked the idea of this kinda gourmet as it is good for those yang ada 2 or tiga jemputan on the same day and klau maseh kenyang from the previous event can have something light like this :)

The Prawn Aglio Olio is oh so sedap. though its a lil oily but I would rather eat a slightly oily pasta then a dry one.

Looks good right but the taste is actually not that great. I guess this is not their specialty but if you head down to their cafe at Blk 612, Clementi West St 1 #01-288, their Waffles and Milkshake is the bomb!
