DIET!!!!!!!


I really, really, really have to do something to my body. Been gaining weight like nobody's business siak!


Used to be 48-50kg jer now im a whale weighing of 70kg....ah....amek kau! LOL!!
I am doing some light exercise and zumba by myself. For food intake, I have cut down on desserts, cut down on rice and totally cut on sweet/coloured drinks and I am only drinking plain water. As the days are nearer to the big day, I am going to double the dosage of my exercise (have to add jogging to my list) and more strict diet. I do cheat here and there a lil bit...oops! but not to the extend of 'melebih' lah kan.


My target...at least 58kg......at least lah....
im trying ok!
